All three macerations are left to rest for a minimum of a year and then combined with the first Distillate and creates this exquisite Gin

It is a full bodied release which has notes of Oak infused with Ginger and Dried Fruits and a Smooth Finish with just a touch of Red Fruits

Starting it's journey in the Caribbean before moving over to the UK where the wonderful flavours are added in creating a Juicy Sweet Pineapple forward Rum with undertones of Tangy Pink Grapefruit and a refreshing lingering finish.
