Empress 1908 Gin Original Indigo sku_2180720 Under the heat of theClassic notes of juniper are balanced with pronounced grapefruit and hints of spice from ginger, cinnamon and rose. Butterfly pea flowers provide an earthy component and a vibrant indigo colour that changes to pink with the addition of tonic or citrus. Made in small batches on Vancouver Island, Empress 1908 Gin is the result of a collaboration between the iconic Empress Hotel and pioneering spirits makers, Victoria Distillers.
