You can use it in the traditional way or use it with a layering technique with adhesives. Use with Cosmic Shimmer Flake & Glitter Glue (item #CSF01) or with double sided tape (scor Tape) When using with the glue you apply the glue to your project and wait for the glue to dry. Once dry the glue will remain tacky, place the flakes onto the glue and pat them down. You can then use a dry
