BORN FOR WATER | Terracotta 70721 a Diné weaverBorn for Water was created in collaboration with Kevin Aspaas, a Din weaver, fiber artist, shepherd, and farmer based in Shiprock, New Mexico, on the Navajo Nation. Woven in the United States from a rich wool and cotton blend, this evocative medium scale pattern incorporates the symbolic Spider Woman Cross motif of the Navajo Nation along with colors that suggest the four seasons.
