Bovine LUM (Lumican) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells Standards or samples are added

Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human CTSK

The Human TNF-Beta ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay

Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CTBS antibody

The concentration of Human HCRP1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

only those wells that contain Rat NCAM

Bovine LUM (Lumican) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells Standards or samples are addedThe Bovine (LUM) Lumican ELISA Kit measures Lumican in Bovine samples. The plate has been pre coated with Bovine LUM antibody. LUM present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Bovine LUM Antibody is added and binds to LUM in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated LUM antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate
