NSMASE (Neutral Sphingomyelinase) ELISA Kit (Small Sample) Packaging:48 wells The concentration of Dog IL8

The concentration of Dog IL8 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

Human E2 in samples (or standards) competes with a fixed amount of E2 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the HRP linked detection antibody specific to E2

The Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha kit is a Sandwich immunoassay

only those wells that contain Sheep IFNb

The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Goat IL8

NSMASE (Neutral Sphingomyelinase) ELISA Kit (Small Sample) Packaging:48 wells The concentration of Dog IL8The NSMASE (Neutral Sphingomyelinase) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Human NSMASE. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin conjugated antibody specific to Human NSMASE. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate
