The origin for this innovative label is the classic one where Borro works; in Tuscany. The vinification provides for Ros del Borro that this wine is obtained by cold pressing of Sangiovese grapes. The day after the harvest, the grapes are destemmed pressed and conveyed to the press where the skin maceration takes place. Then, by pressing, the must is obtained which, after clarifying, is fermented at a controlled
