Card Lake, Autumn floral vase In this piece I was

In this piece I was attempting to emulate the qualities of some of the early color photographs in this hand-painted photograph of these historic

the flowers and the lines of the striped tablecloth

This ink drawing is part of a Ruins series

This is from a series of hand-painted photographs which create an interesting juxtaposition between thick marks of the oil and the detailed photographic image

superimposed with their shadows

Card Lake, Autumn floral vase In this piece I wasThis was painted from some photographs i took on one of the most brilliant autumn days at a pond in West Stockbridge. I tried to capture the way the light was reflecting off of everything, and the exhilaration I felt. It feels both abstract and impressionistic. 9. 5 x 14 $350 unframed Watercolor on paper
