It was made towards the end of the Victorian period, circa 1900, the flat band crafted in 18ct gold and the stones set in platinum prongs. And, on careful inspection, the arrangement of the stones and prongs is somewhat unusual, with symmetry on the north south plane but not the east west plane two diamonds
