Polka Dot Scoop Puff Sculpture | Spring Large_Hoop this style looks great standing**This Vintage Polka Dot Scoop can only stand or lay down. Does not hang up** .. The Puff Collection has been an exploration into my way of framing fiber art and combining my love of fiber with a love for all things vintage especially vintage metal in this case of the ice cream scoops. Keep in mind, the vintage nature of the metal scoop means there may be bumps and bruises and patina on the piece that are only signs of the life it has already lived.
