Don't be shy #100shoesformentalhealth I occasionally stop to takeOn a trip to my hometown of Vancouver I had a strong urge to visit a place I went to a lot in my early twenties while living on the North Shore. Lynn Canyon has always been a place I loved, the forest rich and thick with evergreens and moist with moss and ferns and the water working its way forcefully through the mountain. It was good to be back and I realized how I much I had missed it. I couldnt help myself, taking an abundance of photos knowing
