The Gamay, Shiraz, Gewrztraminer & Pinot Meunier were co fermented with 10% whole bunch and 90% whole berry in open concrete fermenters, wild fermented, and hand plunged. Aged for 5 months on old oak. A light, juicy, and fun red wine featuring red fruit flavors with spicy and earthy undertones. It is a versatile blend meant for easy drinking and can be enjoyed chilled!
