Loch Ness Scottish Ale Recipe Kit, 5 Gallon Batch vinegar bottle 220V powerA true to style Scottish, everyday, pub style drinking beer, (this beer is NOT similar to Mac Tarnahan's, which is actually an American Amber). This is a rich, malty, caramel, toasty beer with very little hop presence, either in the flavor or in the bitterness. It has a malt based aroma, and lots of malt body with a slight lingering sweetness and a just above threshold smokiness. A great cold weather brew. We will crush all the grains, unless
