Art Deco Sapphire Diamond Trilogy Ring 18ct Yellow Gold And Platinum diamond donut ring 35 carats and over aDescription: The most beautiful vivid blue sapphire Which leads us to believe its most likely synthetic. Its hard to "get inside" the stone with a loupe but you can just make out the characteristics of a lab sapphire its still a sapphire and its still antique (synthetic sapphires and rubies have been around since the 19th century) and the diamonds are 100% natural earth mined stones (and very nice too) Age: c1930 1940 Art Deco Size and weight: Large
