Calirosa is an inspired spin on traditional tequila - a fusion of Mexican spirit and California style captured in these exquisite tequilas
It is a fine wine - its fruit flavors fully integrated into the structure
with decent autolysis leading to aromas of citrus
savory aromas and flavors of grilled berries
the aromas are intense but restrained with classic lemon and a floral influence with nuances of bottle aged toast
Château Picque Caillou Chateau Picque Caillou - Blanc 2023 skus_30269728 Calirosa is an inspired spinAttractive lemon and fresh; stony mineral accents here. Really fresh. The palate has a very fine; taut and refined feel with such bracing; fresh acidity. Lovely; dry; crisp finish here.
