Bacard Black Razz is an amped up version of the current Bacard Razz. The black sapote, also referred to as the chocolate pudding fruit, is in the persimmon family. It looks like a tomato, but when ripened is extremely soft and custard like inside, hence the term "chocolate pudding fruit". The black sapote does have a slight chocolaty flavor and is extremely high in Vitamin C.
