aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet

Armorik have taken their classic Single Malt distilled Whisky and allowed it to be matured inside selected Oloroso Sherry casks to enhance and amplify the Fruity notes in the Whisky

From this they then bring it together with another Irish Whiskey which has been aged American Bourbon Barrels before finally going into Jamaican Rum Casks to finish off

Or mixed into all manner of cocktails
