Arts & Crafts Medieval Revival Pendant mid century Each top is detachableA superb antique Arts & Crafts pendant in the renaissance revival style. Crafted in 15 carat gold, it's beautifully worked featuring fine engraved details and intricate pierced openwork, with rococo baroque inspired foliate motifs, ears of wheat, and mythological creatures (the head of a satyr at the top and two cockatrices guarding either side) all arranged around a human face in the middle. The meaning is puzzling. Era: Arts & Crafts, circa 1900
