Ample structure with good length and gentle tannins. Excellent with roast beef or slow roasted aubergine dishes. Fruit is picked from the 30 year old vines and vinified in stainless steel tanks. The wine spends some time in oak before being bottled. The former agricultural plot included old vines as part of the landscape and has been transformed by the Geromin family.
