Opale Rose 0% refreshing profileA dealcoholised Italian ros made from Merlot, offering a fresh, balanced profile with bright acidity and a light, smooth body. Aromas of floral notes and red fruits lead into a palate of citrus, redcurrant and subtle mineral character. Produced using selective membrane filtration to preserve varietal character, it provides a credible alcohol free option for wine lists and by the glass service.
