On the palate there are flavors of dark fruits, spice and vanilla. Upon initial opening, there is a subtle alcohol scent which disappates with an hour or so of airing. Medium tannins and medium acidity. Dry and pasty. Slightly less than full but full enough. Dark fruits abound: cherries and blackberries. Kristie: It is tasting better
