The closer you get, the more visible the red is, but it's never anywhere near strong or typical. The first 5 photos are a pretty good depiction of how well the black hides the red. The last 5 photos are adjusted so that you can better see the design. This silk is elegant, thin and light, shiny and sleek on both sides. It's finely woven, a bit crisp, with slight body. Both sides
