These were very popular in Germany in the 1930's. This one is advertising medication for "hardening blood and nerves". Hmatopan sthlt Blut u. Nerven Dr. A. Wolff. Bielefeld. It seems to have been basically an iron supplement. It is in fairly good condition with general wear and the mirror has some lines on it.
