It is in fairly good condition with light wear and a few tiny spots of chipped paint

Some pulls in the material and a few small popped seams

The collar has some discoloration

Looks to be handmade. Wooden buttons (some of the paint has chipped off). I am not sure the material it feels a bit softer than standard wool; possibly a blend? The jacket is lined.
