After a manual harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine matures on the yeasts for 48 months. This Champagne Brut Ros is characterized by a delicate garnet pink color, with slightly orange reflections and a persistent perlage.
