Sarracenia oreophila var. oreophila (Centre, Alabama) South Carolina Sarracenia × moorei - MikeThis is an excellent example of a typical phenotype Sarracenia oreophila var. oreophila! The pitchers are a delicious lime green colour with a slightly darker green tone creating a smart, reticulated veination. The veination darkens throughout the season to a red colour. It is a vigorous, fast growing clone that will reliably put on a show year after year and make an excellent display plant if allowed to form a large clump.
