Piaff Blanc de Blancs Champagne MCC The Oloroso sherry influence isThe home of this champagne is located in Mareuil le Port, north of Igny Comblizy by the Marne River in Epernay. This non vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut is produced from 100% Chardonnay. Vineyard terroir is of an Easterly aspect, topsoils are thin and the Chardonnay finds root in chalk at a lesser depth than elsewhere. Noted for it's minerality. The base wine is fermented in both stainless steel and oak vats. On average, it spends at least 3 years on the
