The blend includes 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, and 5% Rolle. Everything is vinified at controlled temperatures, low enough to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes, but high enough to extract their subtleties. Grenache is blended for elegant aromas, Syrah for aromatic
