Old City Hall Toronto Canada No 5 (Print Only) New Media Tropical palm leaves illustration &After 3 years of planning and 10 years of construction, Toronto's third city hall was completed in 1899 and became home to the city council until 1966. Today the building serves as a court house for the Ontario Court of Justice and was designated a National Historic Site in 1989. The clock tower from Bay and Richmond Sts.
