Day Lot November 4th 2025 Oil This oil is grassyDay Lot: November 4th, 2025 On our first day of milling, we made some of the best oil that has ever come out of our mill. The predominantly green fruit yielded oil with flavors of fresh fir sprigs, chardonnay, pandan leaf, and loaded with fresh green grassy flavors. This remarkably balanced oil is highly aromatic and exhibits the pungency of good, fresh olive oil!
