Both have some loose strings and some discoloration or goop on the material

It is either for two rows or cigarettes or a row of cigarillos as it is a little deep (but probably not long enough to fit cigars)

It will be fairly difficult to find a better example

The pencil is stored on the side (it is somewhat hard to take out)
