Balcones Baby Blue Corn 1999 using oxygen and the naturallyDescription: A permanent expression from the Balcones distillery in Waco, Texas, first released in 2010. Made from 100% roasted blue corn and matured in new American oak barrels. Non chillfiltered and bottled at 46%. Nose: Sweet corn, kettle popcorn, melted butter and vanilla with hints of spice. Palate: Grain forward and smooth, with roasted corn, brown sugar and soft spice notes. Finish: Medium and warming with lingering sweetness and gentle oak.
