The wine bottle unscrews and contains three small dice. Niederwalddenkmal is a monument that overlooks the Rhine and was built in the 1870s 1880s to commemorate the Unification of Germany. The label on the bottle says "Trink, trink Brderlein trink" (Drink, drink, brother, drink), a common drinking song. Overall good condition. A really fun piece.
