I Got You Babe betterdays Autumn - so many thoughts

Autumn - so many thoughts on this which is probably why I continue to come back to the same reference photos year after year

"Behind the Windshield" is an original acrylic painting that is inspired by driving down the QE2 Highway late this summer

"She is Hopeful" is an abstract original mixed-media painting that is much like a bouquet of flowers

blues and greens are an homage to the beauty of new growth in the sunshine

I grew up playing a beautiful upright piano

I Got You Babe betterdays Autumn - so many thoughts"I Got You Babe" is an original acrylic painting on a 7 8" low profile canvas and is part of my "To Love, Love" Collection. In my painting playlist, I have this song called "I Got You Babe" originally recorded by Sunny and Cher. However, I adore the cover by Etta James that has a bombastic horn section and just makes you want to dance. I love the line that says "cause you got me, and I got you baby". The vivid colors in this painting make me smile
