The shoulders have some waviness in the material from being stored on a hanger too long
This looks like an earlier can

Celluloid Shaving Mirror and Cup lavin The shoulders have some wavinessNeat period German shaving mirror with built in shaving soap cup. The celluloid is a little warped, mostly the black bottom. The normal flat mirror is still decent and usable, the concave mirror is a little messed up, probably still usable just not in great condition. Typical 1930's ish construction. A rather bougie shaving set up.
