Tomatin 18 YO - 46% Beaujolais Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenousTwo types of wood are used to mature Tomatin 18 YO: Refill Hogsheads and Oloroso Sherry Butts. The distillate remains to age in the two types for a period of approximately 15 years and 6 months. At this point everything is mixed and left to age again in Oloroso Sherry Butts for a further 2 years and 6 months. It is bottled at 46% and unchill filtered. Aroma: Bursts of delicious sweet sherry with hints of fresh apples, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup
