Certified organic, from 60 70+ year old vines. Fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged in 50% barrique (20% new), 50% in large older foudre. Finished in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling. Rmi Jobard is the dynamic son of Charles Jobard and nephew to Francois Jobard. Growing up and learning from these legendary brothers inspired Rmi
