After lots of casts and some fun fish catches on the 7-foot, medium-action model, Ive come away with a solid understanding of this rod series that can help you when youre making your next purchasing decision
Stainless Steel Reel Foot - Exceptionally strong, stainless steel reel foot holds the reel firmly in place even under heavy loads and demanding fishing conditions
Its heavier than most standard baitcasters by several ounces, but on the properly balanced rod its not cumbersome, and because its offered in multiple gear ratios from slow to fast, anglers can find the one that balances their needs, too
Drag Upgrade : The stock drag system on the Ambassadeur C4 reel is decent, but many anglers choose to upgrade it for better performance
but pleased knowing it would make some future customer very happy
