Reengineered from the ground up, the Backbone Elite combines Shimano's TC4 blank construction - a blend of dynamic T Glass inner layers with high-modulus graphite to deliver the durability, power, and responsiveness you need when big fish are on the other end

Heavy gauge hooks (sizes 10-2) are used for big specimens that require maximum strength

A shorter cast means you cover less water, covering less water results in catching fewer fish

If you wanted to use this net for wading, then it would be best to use it with a fishing buddy, someone who could hold onto the net and unfold it to land the fish
