A Danielsson HD 7ten fly reel, 3 3/4" diameter and set up for LHW. The reel doesn't show any sign of having been fished. Serial #557. It weighs 9 ounces on my scale. Danielsson made these in the mid-2000's I believe. Large arbor design and heavily ported to reduce weight. Gray finish throughout. Adjustable powerful drag. As the name suggests, it is designed to hold lines from a #7 up to a #10. It packs into the original gray neoprene pouch
The BigRod is 4 ft 6 inches long
Sling bags are light and comfy
So I opted for a Twin Power 14,000 which, combined with a Rodhouse RPK 78, is a lightweight package
Tell me, what do you think about jigging speckled trout
